The prime objective of this global talent management portal is to facilitate overall
appraisal process of Cognizant’s senior management which included the task of creating,
the brand identity of the application and detailed design documentation and development for internal referencing.

The Talent Review Management aids the Senior Level Management to keep track of every
resource management related for a global workforce as huge as 260,000. The web
application has been divided into five separate modules to enable easy modular view
and managing and tracking the workforce within a BU (Business Unit) or a Vertical. Talent
review module consists of: Enable self and full leader profiling, Provision for leaders to edit
some of the fields like BU, region etc. in the system, Approval workflow to TM (Talent
Manager) and GLD (Global Leadership) team, TM approval to reflect the changes in HCM
(A third party app to provide resource management), HRSS (Human Resource Shared
Services) team view to pull the data for HCM updates. Multiple view/access option in the
system: Associate view, Supervisor view, TM view, GLD view , HRSS view etc.
